grades to fit all your plastic sheet or film protection requirements.
Our products can be machine or hand applied and are engineered to
meet and exceed your (and your customers') surface protection requirements.
Surface Guard also services Injection Molders that make parts or finished
products. Common applications that require protective masking include
high gloss parts for the appliance and automotive markets, but there
are certainly more applications where masking is used. Application
of our protective masking for these applications is usually done by
hand and we can perforate our material to make it easy to tear a measured
piece from the roll and apply.
If you are extruding PVC molding material, Surface Guard can make
narrow rolls with large put ups to minimize down time caused by replacing
masking film rolls. You can protect your product all the way to its
final destination and reduce your customer complaints caused by scratching
or nicks in the molding.
