Roll Dimensions:
At Surface Guard we can supply you with rolls 1" wide up to
82" wide, and from 50' long up to 15,000' long, depending on mil thickness
of the finished product. (Note: We can slit rolls under 1" depending
on specific variables, so contact us for more

Surface Guard can supply you
finished product on 1.5", 2" and 3" cores, depending on your
particular needs. Master rolls can be supplied on 6" cores, for your
own converting. So if you are looking to maximize roll counts on pallets
for freight savings, or if you are looking for really large rolls for your
own converting, we can do it!

Perforating Capabilities:
At Surface Guard we can perforate in the horizontal direction and
in the vertical direction. We can also do both on one roll! Perforation
is available in a wide range of sizes. Please contact
us with your specific request.
- If you have a number of similar sized items or areas of coverage to
mask, perforating can be a big time and labor saving option for you.
- Due to the material being pre-cut, there's no need for sharp blades,
razors or scissors in the masking area. Also no more cuts and nicks
caused by sharp blades or razors. More importantly, no more cut marks
on your valuable finished product.

Winding Options:
Surface Guard
can reverse wind (adhesive side out) our products for you.
This is a perfect option for our carpet masking products. Just place the
roll on the ground, adhere the trailing piece to the carpet (or other surface)
and roll it out. Of course we wind our products adhesive side down for normal
applications.
